Mr Grant Latta AM (as at Aug 2011)

Grant is Executive Chairman of GCMCorp Pty Ltd, Australian Capital Strategies Pty Ltd and a Director of SunRice (Rigegrowers Limited), McWilliam’s Wines Group Ltd, The Sealy Group and Coleambally Irrigation Co-operative Limited.

Grant was formerly Chairman and Deputy Chairman of Vision Systems Ltd (1997-2007), Chairman of TP Health Limited (2005-2006), Chairman of Bennelong Funds Management (2002-2010), Europcar Asia Pacific (2006-2008), Optican Imaging Limited (2002-2009), Kailis and France Foods (2003-2009) and the Grains Research and Development Corporation (1999-2002).

He was also Deputy Chairman of Food Science Australia (1996-2004), the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC) (1995-2002) and a Director of Austrade (1994-2000).

He was Managing Director of Pacific Dunlop’s Industrial Group (1985-1991) and Pacific Brands Food Group (1991-1995) and Chief Executive Office, Camerlin Group (1995-1997).
