Mr Grant Latta

Grant is Executive Chairman of GCMCorp Pty Ltd, Chairman of Optiscan Imaging Limited, Europcar Asia Pacific and Kailis and France Foods Pty Ltd.  He is a Director of Ricegrowers Limited and Biota Holdings Ltd.

Grant was formerly Chairman of Vision Systems Ltd (1997-2007), Chairman of the Grains Research and Development Corporation (1999-2002), Deputy Chairman of the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (1995-2002), Director of Austrade (1994-2000) and Deputy Chairman of Food Science Australia (1994-2004).

He was Managing Director of Pacific Dunlop’s Industrial Group (1985-1991) and Pacific Brands Food Group (1991-1995) and Chief Executive Officer, Camerlin Group (1995-1997).
