Australian Competition Tribunal Consumer Consultations
Limited Merits Review
Pursuant to s 71R(1)(b) of the National Electricity Law and s 261(b) of the National Gas Law, a Public Consultation Forum is to be held by the Australian Competition Tribunal in relation to the above Applications for Review in Sydney on Thursday, 6 August 2015 at the Federal Court of Australia Conference Room, Level 20, Commonwealth Law Courts Building, Queens Square, Sydney from 9:30 am.
If you would like to attend this Public Forum, please register your interest by emailing the Executive Officer of the Tribunal, Anne Gorgula, at competitiontribunalregistry@fedcourt.gov.au. Please include your organisation's name, contact details and the names and roles of those proposed to attend. Participants are also requested to identify the topics they wish to address. Responses are to be received by 4:30 pm on 30 July 2015.
