Notice of Public Consultation Forum

Application under s 71B of the National Electricity Law for a review of the distribution determination made by the Australian Energy Regulator in relation to SA Power Networks under clause 11.60.4 of the National Electricity Rules

Pursuant to s 71R(1)(b) of the National Electricity Law, a Public Consultation Forum is to be held by the Australian Competition Tribunal in relation to the above application for review in Adelaide on Wednesday, 1 June 2016 at Level 5, Roma Mitchell, Commonwealth Law Courts Building, 3 Angas St, Adelaide from 9.00am.

The Explanatory Memorandum and Protocol for the public consultation forum can be found on the Australian Competition Tribunal website at http://www.competitiontribunal.gov.au/current-matters/community-consultations. Please read the Protocol carefully as it requires you to provide further information if you wish to attend the Forum.

If you or your organisation would like to attend this Public Forum, please register your interest by emailing Michael Raine at registry@competitiontribunal.gov.au, and include the following information:

• contact details (including name, telephone number and email address);
• the details of any group, association or organisation that you represent;
• any topics you wish to address in your submission;
• if you are, or represent, a group, the name and role of one nominated speaker, and the names and roles of those who propose to attend; and
• which of the following categories you fall into:
• current and prospective network service users of the relevant services;
• user or consumer associations;
• user or consumer interest groups; or
• other reason for attendance.

Responses must be received by 4.00pm (Adelaide time) on Wednesday, 25 May 2016.
