Members Biographies

Diana Eilert is an experienced ASX director and executive, and has been a member of the Tribunal since 2019. Beyond her diverse executive and board experience, she brings to her work operational experience as a Group Executive/CEO running large businesses, partner level skills in strategy (with a particular emphasis on customer and data) and extensive experience in technology.

Ms Eilert is currently appointed to the board of Domain (ASX:DHG) and is Chair of Keypath (ASX:KED). Her previous boards include Elders (ASX:ELD – rural services), Navitas (ASX:NVT – global education), Veda (ASX:VED - data analytics and credit), realestate.com (ASX:REA), Super Retail Group (ASX:SUL), Networks NSW (Endeavour, Ausgrid and Essential Energy) and Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU).

With an executive career of more than 25 years, Ms Eilert’s major roles include Group Executive responsible for Suncorp’s entire insurance business and later, Group Executive People, Technology, Marketing and Joint Ventures for Suncorp. Her 10 years with Citibank includes Vice President roles running the funds management business, mortgage business, credit and operational functions.

Ms Eilert built her strength in strategic consulting in her early career as a principal of AT Kearney and, subsequently, as a partner of IBM Consulting, complementing these with a later role as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for News Ltd.

Ms Eilert holds a Bachelor of Science (Syd) and Master of Commerce (UNSW).
